MyMahotsav is an online event discovery and aggregation platform that connects event hosts with interested attendees. While we provide the technology to publish, promote, and access events, MyMahotsav is not the organizer, producer, or manager of these events.
All events listed on the platform are solely created, hosted, and managed by independent third-party hosts. The accuracy of event details, the quality of the experience, the safety of the environment, and the fulfillment of promises rest entirely with the host. MyMahotsav does not warrant or guarantee any aspect of the events, including but not limited to logistics, schedules, seating, performer availability, or outcomes.
Event attendees acknowledge that they participate at their own risk and that all interactions—financial or otherwise—are directly between the host and the attendee. Refunds, cancellations, substitutions, and rescheduling are the responsibility of the host. While MyMahotsav may provide a communication channel or attempt to mediate disputes, it has no obligation or liability to resolve them.
MyMahotsav is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, financial loss, or dissatisfaction resulting from participation in an event. Likewise, hosts acknowledge that they alone bear responsibility for ensuring safe, lawful, and properly licensed events, and for addressing any claims brought by attendees.
By using MyMahotsav to host or attend an event, all parties expressly release and hold harmless MyMahotsav, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any liability, claim, or damages arising from events listed on the platform.
